Orders Monday - Friday
Orders are despatched the same working day if received before 12.00pm, and the next working day if received after 12.00pm.
Deliveries to Takaka/Pohara/Collingwood/Golden Bay are despatched by 10.00am
Deliveries to Nelson/Tasman are despatched by 12.00pm.
Orders on Saturdays must be received before 12.00pm, and we are only able to deliver in Motueka.
Deliveries cannot be made on Public Holidays and will be delivered on the next working day.
We try our best to ensure your flowers, gifts and fudge are delivered on time according to the preferred delivery date you might have indicated at checkout, but unfortunately cannot offer same-day delivery to some locations due to remoteness and courier schedules.
If we cannot deliver on your preferred delivery date for whatever reason, then we will deliver on the day before or the next business day.
Deliveries are made by a courier and the recipient does not have to be home. A signature is not required to accept the order.
If there is no one home, the delivery will be left on the front door step, unless you specified otherwise in your delivery instructions.
Due to the perishable nature of our floral gifts and arrangements, we are unable to accept returns of our floral products.
If in the very unlikely event you are not pleased with our product or service, please feel free to get in touch with us to discuss.
On discussion with you, we will provide a solution once we know what has happened.
If you decide to cancel your order before we have despatched it, then we'll make a full refund to the card we originally debited.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient on the day of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
- If a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement voucher will not be provided.
Our company name is Little Big Town Limited and we trade under the name of Floral Affaire. We are a wholly owned New Zealand company.
Your Credit Card and/or Bank Statement will show our business trading name: Floral Affaire once your transaction has been accepted.
All transactions via our website and in our shop are conducted in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All credit/debit card transactions via our website are handled by our Secure Payment Gateway - Paystation.
Any refunds will be made to the card originally debited. There are no exceptions to this.
All information collected from our customers is used to improve your shopping experience, for the purpose of processing orders. We do not retain, record or have access to credit/debit card details.
If you provide us with your credit/debit card details via phone or e-mail, these are only used to accept payment of your purchase and are not retained for future use (unless authorised by you).
Under no circumstance will your information be passed on to a third parties, unless authorised by you or required by New Zealand law.
Delivery charges are charged at the time of the purchase and may vary depending on the delivery area. Areas outside of the ones mentioned below, may attract a higher charge. If you're unsure, please feel free to give us a call to discuss.
